While our Monthly Model suits many of our clients, we understand that some business requirements are such that it needs a resource to be available to work onsite at the client’s location. We provide that service under our Hourly Model. With our hourly model we provide you with one or more resources to work at your location, and directly under your supervision.

Typically, this is most suited for companies who have specific requirements and usually have long term, large scale projects. Having the resource working at your site gives you the comfort and flexibility of hands on management and a more controlled execution of your business plan. We provide highly skilled individuals with years of experience in various platforms. Our hiring process is very stringent and after being hired, our resources go through extensive training in their respective areas of expertise.

We make the process of hiring an onsite resource very simple and straight-forward. Typically, our clients forward us their requirements on skill sets and experience needed. Following which we go through our resource pool and shortlist the best resources that fit in the role. If we don’t have the best suited resources available in-house, we will hire them for our client. Each of these shortlisted resources will then go through a pre-screening round where they would be interviewed by our senior staff members. Once selected, they are then presented to our clients who can interview them for the necessary requirements under their own company policy. Once the client accepts, we formally engage ourselves and make the resource available to work at our client’s location. In addition to this, if during the tenure of the project our client decides for whatever reason to change a resource or add more resources, we assist in accommodating those needs as well.
